Asliya Foods carries original Iraqi recipes passed through generations — gathered by our mother from both of our grandmothers and preserved over more than forty years. Rooted in Baghdad and adapted for today's table, our food honors family heritage, honest flavor, and the Iraqi dishes we grew up on.
